US Trademark Support is an independent trademark support service. We are not the United States Patent and Trademark Office, not a government agency, and not affiliated with the USPTO or any federal agency.
Our website provides information and support for trademark owners dealing with abandoned applications, USPTO Office Actions, prior-filed application issues, conflicting trademark matters, Statements of Use, petitions, renewals, maintenance filings, and related trademark case concerns.
US Trademark Support is a private support service. We do not issue trademark registrations, make USPTO decisions, approve applications, revive abandoned cases, or control government processing times.
All official trademark decisions are made by the USPTO or other applicable government trademark offices.
Trademark application and registration records may be available through official USPTO systems. Customers may independently access USPTO public records, status information, deadlines, and filing history through official USPTO resources.
US Trademark Support may review publicly available trademark records to help customers understand the current status of an application or registration and identify possible filing or response options.
USPTO government fees are separate from US Trademark Support service fees. Government fees are charged by the USPTO based on the filing type, number of classes, and applicable trademark procedure.
Our standard service fee is $50 for filing support. If legal counsel or attorney-level review is requested, the legal counsel fee is $500. No payment guarantees approval, registration, revival, or a specific USPTO outcome.
Trademark matters depend on the official record, USPTO rules, deadlines, examiner review, submitted evidence, and other factors. US Trademark Support can assist with filing support, case review, document preparation, and next-step guidance, but no result can be guaranteed.
Some trademark matters may require attorney-level review, including likelihood of confusion refusals, complex Office Actions, oppositions, cancellations, enforcement matters, and legal disputes.
US-licensed attorney review is available when requested and may require a separate legal counsel fee.
