• Electronic Request: Submit FOIA requests electronically using the USTO's FOIA online portal or via email.

• Written Request: Send written FOIA requests to the USTO FOIA Officer at legal@ustrademarksupport.com

Processing FOIA Requests

• Response Time: USTO aims to respond to FOIA requests promptly, typically within 20 business days.
